 Fear is part of life. It’s an opportunity to say I’m scared but maybe I can learn something. It’s not something to avoid. The difference between fear and panic is the magnitude of overreacting.

 

As the proverb says: Death and Life are in the power of the tongue.It’s easy to forget that what you just said can’t be unsaid. “A sorry” may not be enough. A sincere compliment though can be life changing to the recipient. The power is yours.

 

Continuous acts of kindness IS THE  behavior our children should take note of. Watching a parent or family member act this way creates future heroes. And we do need more heroes in our future.

 

Competing for a job is a daunting task. However, it does not have to be that way. You can change the game by embracing  lifetime learning as you TRAIN and RETRAIN to ensure that needed skills remain CUTTING-EDGE.

 

Finding MEANING in the events of your life can give you strength and courage to go on. Looking for that deeper meaning is a very basic human need that completes the story you tell yourself. FIRST, THERE IS THE EVENT. THEN YOUR STORY ABOUT THE EVENT.
